The perfect omelet

I thought I'd be clever and try to make the perfect omelet. It came out terrible. I wish I'd taken a picture of it with my camera phone before I ate it. Oh yeah. I still ate it.

It sure tasted good though. I added turkey and ham from some sandwiches that I got from work. Some pepper jack made it awesome. If I only cared about the taste then I would consider this the perfect omelet. Unfortunately, looks matter. So no cross off.

Next time I'll take a picture.
